Four towns and the country between them. We have kept that list short on purpose.
Towns We Cover
Sylvan Lake is home and it is where most of our work is. Beyond it we cover Red Deer, twenty minutes east, and Blackfalds and Lacombe up the QEII — close enough that a callback is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem.
The four are not the same job. Sylvan Lake has a large stock of seasonal and rental property that sits empty through the coldest months. Red Deer has the region's oldest housing and the plumbing that goes with it. Blackfalds is mostly newer builds under warranty. Lacombe is a mix of both, with some genuinely old houses in the core. What is likely to be wrong differs by address, and so does what we bring in the van.
Why the List Is Not Longer
Plenty of trades sites name every community within a two-hour radius, because each name is a search term. The problem with doing that is you find out it was not true on the day you actually need somebody — the answer is a longer drive, a later slot, or a call that does not get returned.
These four are the towns we can genuinely get to, including for the callback afterwards, which is the part that matters and the part nobody thinks about when booking. If you are just outside them, call and ask rather than assuming — there is county and acreage property between these towns that we cover perfectly happily, and it is a quicker question than it looks.
