A small crew, which means the person who comes back to look at something is usually the person who did it in the first place.
Owner and Lead Plumber
Jordan runs the company and is still on the tools most days, which is where the habit of explaining faults rather than just quoting them comes from. He handles most of the repair-or-replace conversations, and he is the one who will tell you a piece of equipment has years left when the easier answer would have been to sell you a new one.
HVAC and Heating Technician
Megan takes most of the heating and HVAC work — furnaces, ductwork and the diagnostic side of a house that heats unevenly. She is the reason we look at distribution before agreeing that a furnace needs replacing, which has saved a good number of people the cost of an appliance that was never the problem.
Plumbing and Mechanical Technician
Dylan does plumbing and mechanical service and is particularly good at the jobs where the fault is not where the symptom is. Leaks that show up two rooms from their source and drains that keep re-blocking in the same place tend to end up with him.
Between the three of us we cover the water side and the heating side, which matters more than it sounds. Plumbing, heating and ductwork have grown into each other in most houses, and when those are three separate contractors, a problem that sits on the boundary becomes a problem nobody owns. Here there is nobody to hand it to.
Jobs get talked through rather than passed along. If Dylan finds something on a plumbing call that belongs to the heating side, Megan hears about it that day rather than in a quote three weeks later. That is one of the genuine advantages of a crew this size, and it is worth more to a customer than most of what gets advertised.
Where a job needs a trade we are not — electrical beyond what our work requires, structural, remediation after water damage — we will tell you, and tell you before anything starts rather than partway through. Claiming to cover everything is how a small company ends up doing mediocre work in three trades instead of good work in one.
